how to get creatively inspired

yet another list of ways to get creatively inspired. notice a trend in my content lately? i find this part of the process really important. plus classes are starting back up soon and i want to have some solid creative tools for the students to use.

this list is from design instruct and is geared primarily at creative professionals who might need a push to get out of the rut they've fallen into. still, good stuff for those just getting started too, especially since the focus seems to be on different ways to look around for ideas.
